On the second day of our adventure, we’ll start with a delicious breakfast in Quillabamba, giving us the energy we need for an exciting day ahead. Our first stop will be the stunning Siete Tinajas waterfall, a natural wonder that is sure to take your breath away. This incredible waterfall is made up of seven separate cascades, each more beautiful than the last. We’ll have plenty of time to explore the area and take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear pools beneath the falls.

After experiencing the beauty of Siete Tinajas, we’ll continue our journey towards the community of Ivochote, where we will spend the night camping once again. Ivochote is a small and remote community, nestled deep within the heart of the Amazon rainforest. Here, you’ll have the chance to connect with the local people and learn about their way of life, as well as experiencing the raw beauty of the jungle.

As night falls, we’ll set up camp and enjoy a traditional meal, while listening to the sounds of the jungle around us as we rest up before our trip to the Pongo de Mainique tomorrow.

On the third day of our adventure, we’ll wake up to the sounds of the jungle in Ivochote and prepare for another day of exploration. After breakfast, we’ll travel by boat to see the main viewpoint of the Pongo de Mainique, a stunning section of the Amazon river system that is considered one of the most challenging and beautiful in the world.

As we navigate through the Pongo de Mainique, our expert guides will point out the many waterfalls, exotic wildlife, and lush vegetation that are abundant in this area. You’ll be able to capture the stunning scenery and take in the awe-inspiring views from the main viewpoint, an unforgettable experience that will stay with you forever.

After exploring the Pongo de Mainique, we’ll continue our journey towards the native Machiguenga community of Saringabeni. This is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the traditional way of life of the local people and learn about their customs and culture. We’ll set up camp in Saringabeni, where we’ll enjoy a traditional meal and spend the night under the stars.

This will be a truly unforgettable experience, as we camp in the heart of the Amazon rainforest and connect with the natural world around us.

On the fourth day of our adventure, we’ll wake up in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest and continue our exploration of this incredible region. Our expert guide will take us to some of the most mystical and significant places for the people of the area, where we’ll learn about the traditions and beliefs of the local communities. As we journey through the jungle, we’ll keep our eyes peeled for the amazing wildlife that call this place home, such as caymans, monkeys, and tapirs. If we’re lucky, we might just catch a glimpse of these incredible creatures in their natural habitat.

As we immerse ourselves in the natural world around us, we’ll have the opportunity to connect with the environment on a deeper level and appreciate the incredible biodiversity that exists in this region. We’ll take time to soak in the beauty of the jungle and marvel at the stunning landscapes that surround us.

As the day comes to a close, we’ll make our way back to the community of Saringabeni, where we’ll set up camp once again. Here, we’ll have the chance to relax and reflect on the amazing experiences we’ve had over the past few days. We’ll enjoy a delicious meal and spend one final night beneath the stars in this beautiful and remote part of the world.

On the final day of our Amazon Rainforest adventure, we’ll wake up in Saringabeni and begin our journey back to Cusco. After breakfast and packing up camp, we’ll depart from Saringabeni and travel towards Ivochote. Along the way, we’ll pass through stunning landscapes and may have a chance to spot some wildlife, such as exotic birds or monkeys.

Once we reach Ivochote, we’ll continue our journey by road to the charming city of Quillabamba, where we’ll stop for a delicious lunch. After lunch, we’ll continue our drive back to Cusco, passing through scenic plantations and small villages along the way.

After an unforgettable 5-day adventure in the heart of the Amazon, we’ll return to Cusco in the evening, dropping you off safely at your hotel. As we say our goodbyes and part ways, we’ll look back on the incredible experiences we’ve shared and the natural beauty of the Amazon Rainforest that we’ve had the privilege to explore.
