Therefore, it is essential that the client provide all necessary information accurately and in a reasonable timeframe to avoid any disruptions to the tour itinerary.
By submitting a booking request, the client confirms that they have read and understood this policy, and agrees to provide all necessary information accurately and in a timely manner.
The client may cancel their reservation at any time by requesting it in writing. However, the deposit paid to reserve the tour is forfeited and is not refundable under any circumstances.
If the client wishes to only cancel part of the reservation, the cost of flights, train tickets, tourist permits and any other nonrefundable items (dependent on the policies of the supplier) will will not be reimbursed. For any refundable services, the following cancellation fees apply:
Days Prior to Start of Tour | Cancellation Fee as Percentage of Cancelled Services’ Cost |
30 to 22 | 50% |
21 to 11 | 75% |
10 days or less | 100% |
If only part of the group wishes to cancel, the other group members may be responsible for paying the costs incurred by the member(s) who cancelled.
Please note that bookings for our tours and services are non-transferrable to other individuals. If a client wishes to cancel their booking, they must do so in accordance with our cancellation policy. We cannot accept requests to transfer a booking to another person, as the terms and conditions of the booking agreement are specific to the individual who made the original reservation.
In the event of any refund, the client is responsible for paying all associated transfer fees.
With written notification at least 30 days prior, guests may postpone their tour to any future date with no extra charge. However, any non-refundable items which have already been purchased such as flights, train tickets, or tourist permits will be added to the final balance owed for the tour.
Please note that postponing a tour does not guarantee the original quoted price of the tour. The final balance will be based on the current prices at the time of the reconfirmation. Cusco Native Tours reserves the right to adjust prices based on changes in local and national taxes, fees, and other costs beyond our control.
These terms apply only to tour postponement. For cancellations, our standard cancellation policy applies (see above).
To make changes to your booking, the person who signed the booking form must confirm them with us in writing. If you want to change your itinerary after having paid your deposit and received confirmation from Cusco Native Tours, we reserve the right to charge a $50 fee for any changes. In addition, you will need to pay any costs or charges that our suppliers may incur as a result of the change. Please note that we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your changes and additional requests, but we cannot guarantee their availability.
