Once aboard the train to Aguas Calientes, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the Peruvian countryside and the majestic Andes. From Aguas Calientes, a short 30-minute bus ride will take you to the gates of Machu Picchu, where a professional guide will lead you through the magnificent citadel.
During the guided tour, which takes around 2 hours, your bilingual guide will provide fascinating insights into the historical sanctuary, revealing the secrets of Inca architecture and their way of life. Finally, you’ll catch the train back to Cusco, where the day’s adventures come to a close as you return to your hotel in the evening.
